Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. This page explains what qualifies, how to start, and what is excluded — the same terms as our refund policy, in plain language.
The 30-day window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Your item must be undamaged, in its original and unopened packaging, in full cartons, and in resalable condition. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
- Email info@northern-breeze.com before shipping anything back, and include: your order number, the items and quantities you want to return, and the reason.
- We will issue an RMA number and instructions on where to send the package.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. Choose any carrier you like.
Returns shipped without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and no refund will be issued, so please wait for the number before booking freight.
Return shipping
We do not pay for return shipping. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and arrangements. For large items such as tubs, freight return costs are significant — please measure carefully and ask us to confirm fit before ordering.
Final sale items
Samples, clearance items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product, and note the damage on the carrier's delivery paperwork. Damage in transit is our responsibility to resolve, not a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take several business days to post it. Items returned used, damaged, or outside their original packaging may be refused or partially refunded.
