Shipping policy

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During times of high order volume, processing and/or delivery times may be a bit longer than normal. We are committed to ensuring you get your order as quickly as possible.

 

Transit Time

For orders shipping from our local distribution centers, shipment should arrive within 7-14 days. If products are being shipping from overseas, of which you should be reminded when order is being place, transit time would take about 5-8 weeks.

We do not offer expedited shipping option at this time.

 

Curbside Freight Delivery

Orders of stone resin tubs will be shipped using a freight carrier who specializes in shipping large parcels safely to its destination. Freight delivery orders will be palletized and delivered curbside only during daytime hours, Monday through Friday. The carrier may call 1-2 days prior to the delivery date to schedule an estimated time of delivery. It is important to provide a valid phone number to avoid any delays in delivery.
