Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on all Northern Breeze orders to the United States. Here is how long it takes, how large items are delivered, and what happens if something arrives damaged.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak periods — holiday sales, for example — processing and delivery can take a little longer. We will keep you updated if that affects your order.
Transit time

From our local distribution centers: delivery within 7–14 days of dispatch.

From overseas stock: transit takes roughly 5–8 weeks. Where an item ships from overseas, this is flagged on the product page before you order.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping. If your project has a hard deadline, email info@northern-breeze.com before ordering and we will confirm the real lead time for the item you want.
Curbside freight delivery for stone tubs
Stone resin and solid surface tubs ship on a pallet with a freight carrier rather than a parcel courier. Freight deliveries are curbside only and take place during daytime hours, Monday to Friday. The carrier will usually call 1–2 days before delivery to book a window.
Please plan for this: a 300 lb tub on a pallet needs two people to move, and the driver is not responsible for bringing it inside, up stairs or into the room. If you have a driveway restriction, a gate code or a narrow street, tell us at checkout or by email so the carrier can be briefed.
Inspect before you sign
Check the packaging and the product before signing the delivery receipt. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery paperwork and photograph it — this is what makes a freight claim straightforward. Then contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange replacement parts or a replacement unit.
Tracking and address changes
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. If you need to change a delivery address, contact us before the order is dispatched; once a freight shipment is booked, rerouting may not be possible.
